The invention relates to chemical technology of composite materials. Summary of the invention: the process includes base oxide mixing in stoichiometric ratio of components, mixture heating at rate of 300-3500С per hour to temperature of 1460-14650.С and sintering at this temperature during 6,5-8,0 hours. Base oxide mixing can be performed at vibration oscillation superposition with frequency of 50-100 Hz and amplitude of 3-5 mm. Synthesis is performed in alumina sockets having inner surface coated with gallium oxide layer. The invention allows producing mix materials of homogenous phase and stoichiometric composition. Synthesized phase yield is nearly 100 %.
