The invention relates to technology carbon materials produced by deposition from gas phase of pyrolytic carbon layers having highly ordered crystal structure of various material surfaces. Deposition process is performed at heated surface at atmosphere pressure and temperature of 950 - 1350°С from carbon and hydrogen tetrachloride gas-vapor mixture at carbon tetrachloride and hydrogen mole rate equal to 1 : (5-50). The invention allows significant increasing of life time for graphite products and products based on carbon composition materials, and reducing their cost by several times.
